Live Tracking — Concept Demo

Shows how Uber/Swiggy-style live tracking actually works: a moving device pings its position every few seconds, the app receives each ping and smoothly animates between them along the real road network. This uses OpenStreetMap + OSRM (free, no API key) since we don't have a Google Maps key yet — swapping to the Google Maps JavaScript API later is a small change; the ping/animation logic underneath stays the same.
